RESERVATIONS: Watch for the meeting invite by email from PA Federation of Business and Professional Women. Please register for the Board Meeting and Luncheon on the BPW/PA website (i.e., www.bpwpa.org). You may pay online or opt to send your payment, with check made payable to BPW/PA, to Glenda Auker, BPW/PA Corresponding Secretary, 723 Hunt Wyd Drive, Dauphin, PA 17018 postmarked on or before February 14, 2024 at the cost listed above. Reservations made after February 14, 2024 will have an additional fee of $5.00.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:

Each attendee must make her own hotel reservations. The room rate is $149.00/night plus state and local taxes. There is also a $15.00 per day parking fee. When making room reservations please identify the group as Business and Professional Women Convention. Please call the reservation line directly at 844-888-4723. The above room rates are guaranteed until February 7, 2024. Check-in is at 4pm.

Reminder: Officers, Standing Committee Chairs, Special Appointees, District Directors, and Special Committee Reports should be prepared on letterhead. Reports or materials will be included in the email that will be sent to all registrants, two weeks prior to the meeting, (February 16, 2024). The reports and materials will NOT be included in the Board Folders. The information must be forwarded, by email to BPW/PA Corresponding
